Dr. Costin earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University, where she also completed her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry.
To further specialize in medical eye care, she completed a Residency in Ocular Disease and Primary Eye Care at the Albuquerque VA, where she gained extensive experience treating a wide range of complex conditions.
